Willem Jan de Graaff is an accomplished consulting leader with more than 30 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale transformation programs. Since 2018, he has led the consulting business of the Manufacturing Center of Excellence within CGI’s Netherlands operations, where he supports global clients across manufacturing sectors, including chemicals, food & feed, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and high-tech.
Willem Jan specializes in helping manufacturers strengthen their operational technology (OT) and shopfloor resilience, with a focus on assessing risks and protecting against cybersecurity threats. Together with his team, Willem Jan develops and delivers global value propositions and services in OT cybersecurity, manufacturing operations automation and optimization, and advanced industrial analytics.
