Frank Schmidt brings more than 25 years of experience in the ICT sector and, since 2024, has held the position of Vice-President with responsibility for CGI’s Global Energy Sector. Throughout his career, Frank has built extensive expertise in mission-critical strategic outsourcing and managed services, areas that remain central to his leadership today.
He has held a variety of senior commercial and delivery management roles, both in the Netherlands and internationally, where he led the negotiation and oversight of large-scale, transformational ICT outsourcing agreements.
Frank is committed to advancing innovation by aligning people, technology, and business objectives to deliver sustainable value and outcomes for clients. He holds a B.Sc. in Business & Public Administration and a M.Sc. in Total Quality Management.
