Based in Toulouse, France, François-Xavier Pierre is a Consulting Director within CGI’s CFO Advisory practice. With more than 15 years of international experience as a finance director and management controller, he helps CFOs drive organizational transformation through finance IT master plans, automation, e-invoicing, process mining, and performance improvement initiatives.
He has led major transformation programs across aerospace, manufacturing, government, and other sectors, focusing on regulatory compliance, cash optimization, and finance digitization.
Prior to joining CGI, François-Xavier held senior finance roles at Safran and Louis Vuitton in France, the U.S., Morocco, and Romania. He holds a Master in Management (Finance) from SKEMA Business School and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and professional trainer.
